All Sales Are Final
Due to the intimate and personal nature of fine fragrance, all sales are final. This applies to both domestic and international orders. We kindly ask that you consider your selections carefully before purchasing.
If you are new to our fragrances, we encourage you to explore our curated discovery sets or visit one of our authorized stockists to experience the collection firsthand.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Kindly email support@fragalishous.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review and respond promptly to ensure appropriate resolution.
Unauthorized Returns
We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Any such packages will not be processed and may not be returned to the sender.
