6. Shipping, Risk & Customs

We ship within the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.

Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. For international orders, you are solely responsible for customs duties, VAT, or any import-related restrictions. We are not liable for delays or refusals by customs authorities.

The Fragalishous name, logo, product packaging, and all original website content are the property of Fragalishous LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Stock imagery used on the Site remains the property of its respective copyright holders and is licensed for use by Fragalishous.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of our Site for commercial purposes without prior written permission. However, media outlets and content creators may use product imagery from our Site for editorial or promotional purposes, provided Fragalishous is clearly credited and the imagery is not modified in a misleading or defamatory way.
